A.IRIS is a managed executive video service. We professionally capture approved executives once and then produce videos on demand from client-submitted scripts.
Is A.IRIS a self-serve AI platform?
No. A.IRIS is a fully managed service. We do not provide logins or tools, which allows us to maintain quality, governance, and control.
3. How is this different from DIY video tools?
DIY tools require repeated filming, internal expertise, and introduce governance risk. A.IRIS removes those burdens by managing the process professionally end to end.
How much executive time is required?
Most executives are only required for a single capture session, typically under one hour. Ongoing videos do not require further filming.
Who is responsible for script accuracy?
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, approvals, and compliance of all scripts submitted for production.
How quickly are videos delivered?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days. Priority and same-day delivery options are available if required.
Can we use the videos internally and externally?
Videos can be used within the agreed usage scope. Internal use is standard; external use can be approved where appropriate.
What happens if an executive leaves or withdraws consent?
The avatar can be paused or retired immediately. No further videos will be generated using that individual’s likeness.
What happens if we cancel the service?
Either party may terminate with one calendar month’s notice. Upon termination, no new videos are produced and avatars may be retired or deleted in line with the agreement. closing line
